Our mission from day one has been to create a positive and high energy training environment with top level technique, great wrestling partners, and coaches who care!
With Grynd you'll experience some of the best coaching and partners MN has to offer. Our coaches know what it takes on and off the mat to get to the highest level in wrestling. Now it's our mission to help your child do the same! Our main focus is building great athletes on the mat, but life doesn't stop there. A large emphasis will be placed on developing discipline and character for life beyond the mat too!
