Mission Statement: Embrace the Grynd

Grynd Wrestling is located in St. Michael, MN. Our mission from day one has been to create a positive and high energy training environment with top level technique, great wrestling partners, and coaches who care!

You'll get some of the best coaching MN has to offer with frequent surprise visits from Patrick Mckee, Owen Webster, Gable Steveson, Mitchell Mckee, Michael Blockhus Landon Robideau, Parker Janssen, Jed Wester, Carl Leuer, Donnie Leuer. Our coaches know what it takes on and off the mat to get to the highest level in this sport. Our focus is on building great athletes but more importantly building great human beings. Instilling lessons learned in wrestling that will carry them all through life.  All of us are excited to give back to the kids and wrestling community!

Grynd's number one mission will always be the kids. To develop them as wrestlers but more importantly as people!
